~~~Jan 3rd offical 1st day on track!!!~~~

Today I rocked the low carb plan. I ate great. I had a good lunch, a great Dinner..... Here is my Menu for today:

B= Got up late rushed to work. No food for me :(

L= Ham sandwich on low carb bread = 9 carbs

D= Low Carb Pizza =5 carbs

S= low carb ice cream = 6 carbs

net= 20 carbs

This is a egg type dish and it is simple to make and it is worth trying!!!

It is very filling and flavorful. I am excited to report this is a new favorite recipe at the moment.

I am thankful for today and the chance to get one day closer to my health.
