April new month, new possiblities.....

So I have been MIA for awhile. I did not mean to be, but at times I get so caught up in the everyday hour to hour life, I forget to stop breathe and do something that I enjoy (blogging)

Not much has happened in my life...work has been busy as it is student registration time and there are work functions that are being put on, that I am involved with. Plus don't get me started on the end of the month stuff! Soooooo busy at this time. But no excuse really to be MIA.

Update on my low carbness.....it is sporadic. I am still low carbing. But I really need to cut the carbs down. I am working on this and hope at the end of this month I will have a lot more to show for my new game plan. I plan to eat low carb at the induction level. I plan to weight lift every other day. I plan to get in my 10,000 steps (or more) a day and I plan to dance my arse off (favorite form of working out) on days I am not lifting weights. I am also keeping a journal. I got a low carb journal from amazon and it is pretty cool. I need to keep track and this lil tool should help me remember my carb consumption!

Glad to see you are still motivated. It gets hard, with set backs.

I have become addicted to these smoked brats. Kind of like hot dogs, but more like keilbasa (however you spell it). I usually don't eat breakfast and eat the brats for lunch. Makes it easy for me, I don't love cooking for myself. Meals for the family are fine, but when it is just for me, I am not as motivated to make and clean up a mess. The brats are easy and dependable. Also, devilled eggs..something the whole family will enjoy, so it is worth the effort.
