It is really early in the morning and I went on the scale....only down about two pounds. Some how I am filled with the stale smell of disappointment. Only two pounds. I am happy I did not gain but just two pounds off??? I know why my weight loss has slowed. I have added back whole grains, and I added back some not so low carb fruit. It is not horrible but apparently this way of eating is more of a maintenance plan then a weight loss plan. So back to induction and back to a consistent weight loss. Wish me luck!
